Personality Development and Human Happiness

Holistic wellness of the body, the mind, and the soul has much to do with happiness, which has its origin from personality development over the years.

Sometimes we wonder why some people are always happy while others are always unhappy. Just as Leo Tolstoy, the famous Russian author, said in the beginning of his novel Anna Karenina: “Happy families are alike; unhappy families are unhappy in their own ways.”

Indeed, your happiness has much to do with your personality development over your life. In other words, your own life experiences and your perceptions of those experiences not only define and shape your personality but also are uniquely yours. Therefore, it is impossible to say why some people are happy, and why others are unhappy.

Mental happiness and body wellness are interrelated. If you are happy, your body will even heal faster. It’s just that simple.

But happiness is not easy to come by, especially when your mind is not prepared to receive it. The mind needs wisdom to create happiness thoughts to stimulate the brain cells to produce chemicals that make one happy. Genuine human happiness comes from human thoughts that are the components of human personality. Therefore,  understanding personality development may throw some light on why you are happy or unhappy.

But understanding personality development may throw some light on why you are happy or unhappy most of the time.

According to the famous psychologist Erik Erikson, your personality has evolved through several decades of changes and experiences, resulting in who and what you have now become. Therefore, profound wisdom is to understand how those changes in your life have occurred and shaped your personality, and how adapting yourself to those changes now may still benefit you in the long run. According to Erik Erikson, there are eight life stages. through which we may have gone through to become who and what we are right now. These eight psychosocial development stages are as follows:

Trust and Mistrust

In this first stage, from birth to age one, we may  experience and develop trust or mistrust that affects how we feel about the benevolence of the world around us.

Do you always have low trust or mistrust in others?

Independence and Doubt

In the toddler stage, we begin to develop our self-trust,  which leads to independence. With self-trust, we begin to learn how to walk. In this stage, however, we may also develop self-doubt that leads to shame later in life. This may be the underlying cause of failing to take risks in later life, missing some golden opportunities to improve our lives, and thus making us feel unhappy and unfulfilled.

Are you always self-confident?

Creativity and Guilt

In preschool years, we begin to exercise our minds to acquire initiative and express creativity. The capability to express freely our initiative and creativity helps us develop the playful and positive side of our nature. Under restraint, on the other hand, we may develop guilt, lack of self-confidence, and inability to get close to others.

Are you always creative and imaginative?

Industry and Inferiority

From age five to eleven, we experience fulfillment in accomplishment or disappointment in failure. This is often a result of acquiring our society’s work ethics. We begin to believe in our abilities and feel motivated to work hard. On the other hand, if we become lazy, we develop poor work habits that may adversely affect our careers later in life.

Are you always puttering from one job to another, always procrastinating and never meeting deadlines?

Identity and Diffusion

In adolescent, we begin to explore ourselves, finding out who we are and what we want out of life. We may channel our energy into a field we love, and derive pleasure from seeing what we have accomplished. This growth in our sense of self determines whether or not we have an “identity crisis.”

Are you always in search for a purpose in life?

Intimacy and Withdrawal

In early adulthood, we develop intimacy, which is a quality of an individual, and not the couple. The ability to develop and maintain a long-term relationship is an asset. However, many of us may experience difficulty in achieving closeness with others, or even maintaining a long-lasting relationship, resulting in inner loneliness that causes us to doubt even our own remarkable accomplishments in life.

Is your life worthwhile when it comes to relationships?

Compassion and Selfishness

In middle age, we become more connected to future generations, as evidenced by being parents, mentors, and supervisors. However, we may also become self-focusing, alienating ourselves from the next generation, and thus creating the “generation gap.”

Do you spend much time focusing on your own needs, instead of those of others?

Ego and Despair

In old age, by letting go of the ego, we accept both our successes and failures, and thus have a healthy perspective on life. However, we may also look back at our own past experiences and the world in general with disdain and regret, and thus we become despaired and unhappy.

Do you think you already have a fulfilled life?

If you wish to be a happier individual, learn to let go of all your attachments, which are the sources of human unhappiness. Human wisdom may not be adequate to help you let go of your attachments in the physical world; you also need spiritual wisdom With the spiritual wisdom from the Bible, you may be able to overcome the reluctance to let go of your attachments. Let go to let God in order to live your life as if everything is a miracle.

The Better Brain Solution

All of us may experience difficulty in finding words and remembering names every now and then, especially when we continue to age. Slower mental processing is not uncommon as aging continues to take its toll on the mind and memory.

Difficulty in finding words and remembering names is evidenced in word-finding; specifically, in the interchanging of words and names, or verbalizing the interfering word instead of the intended word or name. These slips of the tongue or temporary memory lapses are examples of difficulty in finding words and remembering names. They may be embarrassing, and even stressful. The good news is that there are strategies for difficulty with words and names.

The strategies to overcome difficulty with words are as follows:

1. Slow down your speech. If need be, pause to screen out the interfering word. For example, you want to say "Clint Eastwood" but the interfering word may be "Cliff"; so take a pause when you come to the word, phrase, or name you are about to say to give yourself time to prevent verbalizing the interfering word or saying the interchanging word.

2. Listen to yourself (often times we are not paying attention to what we are saying) in order to identify the words, phrases, or names you may have difficulty in saying, and correct them instantly.

3. There is nothing wrong with self-correcting. Just continue to talk to maintain the flow of conversation.

4. Avoid behaviors that indicate your frustration, such as saying "Oops!" or snapping your fingers. Such behaviors will only draw attention to your problems in word finding, and aggravate your difficulty with words.

5. Think ahead to identify the words or names you may have difficulty retrieving. For example, when you are going to give a speech or to go to a social funtion, identify in advance a potentially elusive word, and find a synonym for it; try to remember the word through association so that you will avoid future word-finding problem.

Difficult with words and names can be overcome with the right strategies, although a little effort is required.

Your brain is still amazing despite the occasional setbacks in retrieving information and word-finding.

Meditation to Change Life

Meditation to Change Life

There are many reasons why you should practice meditation every day: meditation can relax your body and mind, as well as enhance your spiritual connection. But, perhaps, the most important reason is that you can use meditation to change your perspectives—or rather, to see things as they really are.

Here is the explanation:

The human mind—the consciousness of the brain—has two components: the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. All your experiences and your perceptions of what happens in your life impacted by your five senses are stored in both your conscious mind and subconscious mind. But there is a big difference in how the conscious mind and the subconscious mind may affect you positively or negatively.

Your conscious mind filters all your thoughts—what you think is appropriate or relevant for your mental storage. In other words, your conscious mind consciously chooses what it wants to remember. Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, simply absorbs all your mental perceptions and reactions to all your experiences; it does not have the power to reason or to analyze any mental input. That is to say, it may not be able to tell the myths from the truths, or half-truths from the whole truths. Yet, it is your subconscious mind that controls your whole being, because your subconscious mind dominates your conscious mind.

To illustrate, during the presidential campaign, you may be bombarded with all negative advertisements about the President and Mitt Romney. If you intend to vote for a certain candidate, your conscious mind may consciously absorb all positive information and reject any negative input regarding the candidate of your choice. But your subconscious mind is also receiving the negative input, without your awareness. If, at the end of the day, you have second thoughts about your choice, all the negative input received by the subconscious mind will start bombarding you, nagging you to change your choice. This is how and why negative campaigns work in the human subconsciousness.

What has the subconsciousness to do with meditation?

In meditation, you enter the subconscious mind, and give yourself an opportunity to rummage all your thoughts absorbed and stored in the conscious mind, and to validate them. In meditation, you still your distracted mind, riddled with thoughts of the past and the future by focusing your mind on awareness—mindfulness of what is happening around you, such as your breathing, your bodily sensations, and your thoughts. Meditation is all about re-focusing the mind on what is important and discarding what is irrelevant or insignificant in the subconscious mind. In other words, meditation helps you see things in perspective.

In meditation, you find the quiet or stillness between sounds and thoughts and experiences. It is this underlying quietness—so quiet that you can almost hear it—that forms a link between you and your sensations and thoughts.

In addition to sitting still to meditate, you can also learn how to apply meditation in almost anything you do in life. To illustrate, you can meditate while you are walking, instead of listening to the radio or your CD. This is how you can meditate while you are doing your daily walk:

As you begin walking, let go of the outside world.

Focus on your breathing: listen to the relaxed sound of your breathing in and breathing out.

Make you walk slow and purposeful. As you walk, observe each step that you are making. Notice the physical sensation of your feet, as well as the way your arms are swinging back and forth, brushing against your body.

If distracting thoughts come, do not deliberately dismiss them; instead, re-focus your awareness on your breathing and physical sensations. Continue to walk.

In this way, you can turn almost any everyday activity into meditative nature to enhance your awareness and clarity of mind, which can be life-transforming in that it changes your perspectives about almost anything that happens to you. Your senses will come to life; you will see how things change from moment to moment, so you have a better understanding of what is important and what is “real” in your life; you will also find it easier to let go of things you found difficult to let go in the past.

The Unexplainable Store: The store provides more than 200 products and tools to help you meditate, boosting your brain power to maximize success in finance, relationships, weight loss, and other aspects of life. Meditation is life-changing easy-to-do daily practice

Yes, meditation is life-changing in that it changes your perspectives of how you view your life and what is happening to and around your life.

The Wisdom to Live Well

Empower your mind with wisdom to live as if everything is a miracle.

Life is complex, and living is never simple. That is why you need the art of living well. Given that life is short, make the best and the most out of your life, as well as avail yourself of every opportunity to create your own box, instead of just th if inking out of the box. The art of living well is to create a life uniquely yours, an ideal life that you wish to live. To achieve that end, you need the art of living well.

To stay younger and healthier for longer, you need wisdom in the art of living well, which has everything to do with your mind.

First of all, are you wise or intelligent? Both or neither? Or you simply don’t know?

Now, ask yourself another question: "Are you happy?" If your answer is an indisputable "yes," then most probably you are wise and have wisdom in the art of living well. If your answer is not definitive, maybe you are intelligent, but not necessarily wise.

First of all, there is a difference between "wisdom" and "knowledge," and hence a distinction between "wise" and "intelligent." Knowledge is information; being intelligent is being knowledgeable. Wisdom, on the other hand, may have more to do with "distilling" and "internalizing" knowledge; in other words, the selection and application of relevant and appropriate information for a specific purpose. Therefore, mere accumulation of knowledge does not necessarily enhance wisdom, or make an individual wiser for that matter. Wisdom in living is the art of living well. To live well, you must cherish and nourish that wisdom.

Unfortunately, how to live one's life is never formally taught in school. If you are lucky, your parents may have given you some advice or their living examples may have shed some light on how you should live your own life. Most of us simply follow our instincts; or, worse, drift along, letting the turnout of events in our lives guide us along the way. But that is not true wisdom in living.

Does wisdom in the art of living well have a blueprint? Unfortunately, not! The reason is that every individual's life is uniquely his or hers; as such, there is no blueprint for the art of living well. Remember, nobody can live your life for you, because it is your life, and you must live it the way you choose. But you may want to know "how" to choose, and "what" affects your choice.

Wisdom in the art of living well is about understanding that in life you have a choice. As a matter of fact, life is all about choices. But what determines your choices? Your life choices are based on your life experiences. In other words, all your past and present experiences play a pivotal role in how you are going to live the rest of your life. Wisdom in the art of living well is the capability of the mind to discern your perception and the processing of those experiences. No two individuals have the same perception of the same experience; it is always the half-glass-empty or the half-glass-full to a greater or lesser degree. Given the critical importance of mental perceptions in determining life choices, one of the essentials of wisdom in the art of living well is mind power--the ability of the mind to control its thinking process and hence its thoughts. Remember, you are the sum of your thoughts, and your thoughts become who you are and what you choose. In other words, your thoughts become the raw materials with which you fabricate your life—that is, creating your own masterpiece.

Surprisingly, we have never been taught how to think. When we were young children in the early phase of growth and development, we were exposed to the world around us through our five senses; then our minds began to process what we perceived in our experiences, generalizing and interpreting it according to our mental input, and applying it whenever and wherever we thought appropriate and applicable. Over the years, these perceptions and experiences have become the substances or raw materials with which we think. But this may not be "how" we should think. The human thoughts are like an unbridled horse, which must be tamed first before it can become a stallion. Therefore, it is important to know how your mind works, so that you can empower the mind to work for you instead of against you.

Hallucinations

A hallucination does not require an external stimulus for a person to see, smell or hear things that are not present. This is an abnormal perception and many elderly people end up suffering from hallucinations. However, hallucinations can be controlled through medications in majority of the cases.

Some elderly also complain of having bugs crawling under their skin or on their faces. These are all hallucinations. So, why do the elderly suffer from hallucinations? There are several reasons for this. Hallucinations can occur due to fatigue, emotional exhaustion, insomnia, depression, cancer of the brain, head trauma, high grade fever, liver failure, lesions in the brain, or demise of a close friend or a loved one.

The most common reason for hallucinations among seniors is a health condition known as Charles Bonnet Syndrome. This syndrome is prevalent among seniors who have lost their vision.

Another cause for hallucinations in the elderly, both visual and auditory, occur in seniors who are suffering from sundowning syndrome. The symptoms of this syndrome occur late in the afternoons, evenings and nights and are seen in seniors who have dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and psychosis.

The most common causes of hallucinations in the elderly are dementia. Alzheimer's disease, side effects of medications, and psychosis.

Enmpower the Mind for Natural for Natural Healing

Empower the Mind for Natural Healing

Natural healing is holistic healing. It is a healing process by which a person's health is restored in the most natural way without the use of conventional medicine throughout the entire healing process. The human body is blessed with divine gifts in the form of natural resources that enable not only the enhancement of health but also the freedom from any type of disease or illness.

Natural healing is effective because it uses mind power through affirmation and visualization, meditation, the goodness of nature through natural herbs and healthful foods, and the energy of your body through hand and body massage, yoga, and acupuncture to bring about healing of the mind, the body, and the soul. In order to prevent any future relapse and to guarantee long-term cure, the healing process has to be complete and wholesome. In addition, throughout the healing process, there is no need to take any form of chemicals or to undergo any invasive procedure, which not only may produce negative side effects but also may interfere with the healing process.

Natural healing has long proven to be a very good alternative to the traditional way of healing practiced by medical doctors. As a matter of fact, many natural healing clinics have sprung up across the United States. People are using holistic healing techniques more than anything else mainly because they are highly effective with minimal or zero side effects, and they are less expensive than the treatments of conventional medicine.

Be a natural healer of your own disease. But how do you bring about natural or holistic healing?

First of all, you must know the difference between healing and treatment: treatment originates from the outside of an individual, whereas healing comes from within that individual; treatment aims at removing symptoms of disease in an individual, while healing tackles the source of disease in that individual.
Next, natural healing begins with the mind first, not the body. Your mind controls your body, and everything you do and think. Mind healing precedes body healing.

For natural healing to take place, your mind must express the intent to heal, without which there is no cure or healing. Your intent to heal is then manifested in focus, which directs your mind towards your goal to heal yourself. In other words, the mind creates the action to heal the body.

To reach that goal, you need resources; that is, you must empower yourself with knowledge so that you may know "how" to heal yourself. Knowledge is power: it may establish a connection to your true self, which is known as self-awakening, and thereby instrumental in allowing you to make the right health choices and decisions, as well as to live your life in a lifestyle that is in accordance with your higher purpose. Self-awakening is an important component of self-healing.

Through the many facets of mind power, such as affirmation, visualization, and meditation, your mind begins its healing process. Self-healing begins with the mind, and mind healing is always mind over matter.

Natural healing is always slow: it does not happen overnight. You need to set your short-term and long-term goals, and make your commitment to reach those goals. Your commitment is your mental responsibility to heal yourself. Living is a challenge, and so is self-healing. During the healing process you may have to face different challenges before you can ultimately overcome the disease or illness. Facing challenges requires mind power.

Once your mind is healed, natural healing of the body will follow. Your body is the product of what your mind thinks and the choices it makes. If your mind wants to heal, your body will be healed. Natural healing is just that simple.

Free Yourself From Self-Delusions

Albert Einstein once said: "A human being is part of the whole called by us 'universe,' a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts, and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison . . . . "

One of the objectives of THE BOOK OF LIFE AND LIVING is to free yourself from the self-imprisonment of self-delusions created by your self-consciousness, as pointed out by Albert Einstein. This book not only explains in simple terms and plain language how you may unconsciously create your self-limiting thoughts that prevent you from truly understanding who you are and what you really want from life, but also shows you how to create a substantially new manner of thinking through the integration of both conventional and ancient wisdom.

In particular, this book is about the art of living well through understanding and embracing the wisdom of Tao—the wisdom of Lao Tzu succinctly expressed in TAO TE CHING, one of the most translated works in world literature. However, Tao wisdom is simple but difficult to understand. THE BOOK OF LIFE AND LIVING explains in simple language with common everyday examples to illustrate the essence of Tao wisdom and how it may integrate with conventional wisdom to live a life of your choice.

This 200-page book is full of wisdom based on the author’s extensive research and personal experience. In this book, you will learn the following:

(1) Eliminating unproductive thoughts, and overcoming chaotic struggles in your inner world and outer life to enhance health and performance, master stress, and deepen appreciation of life.

(2) Understanding the essentials of contemporary wisdom and ancient wisdom to help you contemplate and internalize their respective meanings and values in your daily life

(3) Harnessing mind power to operate your mind to integrate the acquired knowledge into your daily activities.

THE BOOK OF LIFE ANDLIVING is the wisdom in the art of living well.

Overcoming Food Addiction

Overcoming Food Addiction

Addiction to food is more than just a problem of overeating: it is a reflection of problems in physical, mental, and emotional health. If you have addiction to unhealthy food or unhealthy food cravings, you may have to overcome yours in order to have wholesome healing of the body and mind.

Overcoming food addiction, like any other addiction, is never easy. Denial and guilt are common characteristics in individuals who have food addiction problems.

First, you need the intention, which is the desire to stop the addiction. Of course, that means you must be aware of the addiction problem in the first place, and then express the intention to change for the better.

Lao Tzu, the ancient Chinese philosopher, once said: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.” Take your first step: your intention to recover from your food addiction.

The long process of recovery, often punctuated with relapses, requires determination to overcome all obstacles. Use daily self-affirmations to reinforce your determination and willpower to overcome food addiction. Harness your mind power to control your behavior to heal your body.

Although it may be mind over matter, the body has to respond appropriately to the mind. Give your body the right environment for recovery and recuperation.
Regulate your blood sugar level; a balanced blood sugar level prevents impulsive eating and keeps hunger at bay.

Balance your body chemistry, such as your acid-alkaline level; too much acid in the body breeds toxins that prevent healing.

Reduce your hormonal swings. Leptin is the appetite-controlling hormone, also known as "thin" hormone. Eat adequate calories to boost leptin production to minimize food craving. Exercise can also enhance your body's responsiveness to leptin

Eating enough, ironically, is critical to recovery from food addiction. Eat three regular meals a day; skipping a meal may lead to a reduction of leptin, making your appetite out of control. Don't starve yourself, but neither do you over-stuff yourself. Don't go on any diet, especially fad diets. Just eat right.

Food addiction may also be a result of emotional distress, such as emotional trauma or stress. Meditation is a way to relax yourself as well as to get toxic emotions out of your mind.

If you are healthy in body, mind, and spirit, you do not have any eating or weight problem.

Anything Is Everything

Anything and Everything

To live well, you need wisdom to know, to understand, and to act or react accordingly. One of the essentials of human wisdom is awareness, which is the capability to what is happening to you and around you.

Awareness of your own responsibility for humanity may enable you to rein in your temper and inhibit your anger. Better understanding of humanity lets you acknowledge the destructive forces of anger, and thereby instrumental in reducing their strength. Your short temper can benefit from Tao wisdom, which shows you the importance and necessity of embracing all—the easy and the difficult, as well as the pleasant and the unpleasant. In life, difficult and unpleasant experiences not only train but also enhance you mental stability to control your temper, which often undermines your compassion for others. Tao wisdom teaches you not to pick and choose but to embrace anything and everything in life because any situation in life can make you become either a teacher or a student. Life is about anything and everything that you can learn from, and this is where true wisdom comes from.

Understanding that anything is everything may also make you see things very differently. People and things do not exist independently; they all exist with a reason; the reason may or may not be apparent to all of us. When there is long, there has to be short; they do not exist simply because of their own nature. Everything in life is not only relative but also related. Viewing any life situation—whether it is good or bad—with this profound human wisdom may help you see that anything is everything, In other words, any life situation is not under its own power but depends on many present causes and conditions, as well as many past causes and conditions; otherwise it could not have come into being. With this perspective, you can see much more of the whole picture, and thus you can see the reality of the situation.

For instance, in economics, if you just go after profit, you may end up with corruption. Failure to look at the whole picture that anything is everything means your failure to see the reality of everything in life. Failure to see the reality means your outlook becomes distorted and exaggerated, and thus leading to inappropriate actions or reactions. To illustrate, if a person or an event causes anger and hatred, the ugliness of anger and hatred is often exaggerated when the whole picture of the reality is not seen. An unreal mental projection of the exaggerated ugliness of anger and hatred may result in disproportionate actions or reactions that result in unhappiness.

Anything Is Everything

The bottom line: anything is everything. Always look at self and others from the whole perspective that anything is everything; and, accordingly, you may be a better and happier you.

The Wisdom in Living in 2018

The Wisdom in Living in 2018

Reflect on your current state of being, and see others as the same. They are not better or worse than you are, but just different in their own ways. There is no basis for you to be angry with them, or to be envious of them. There is no rhyme or reason for you to dwell on “what if” or “what should have”— they only prey on your mind, preventing you from living your 2018 as if everything is a miracle.

In 2018, follow the wisdom of Lao Tzu, the ancient sage from China:

“The ancient masters were
subtle, mysterious, profound, responsive.
The depth of their knowledge is unfathomable.
Because it is unfathomable,
All we can do is to describe their appearance.
Watchful, like men crossing a winter stream.
Alert, like men aware of danger.
Courteous, like visiting guests.
Yielding, like ice about to melt.
Simple, like uncarved blocks of wood.
Hollow, like caves.
Opaque, like muddy pools.
Who can wait quietly while the mud settles?
Who can remain still until the moment of action?
Observers of the Tao do not seek fulfillment.
Not seeking fulfillment,
they are not swayed by desire for change.”
(Chapter 15, Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu)

Based on the above, just about anyone who has an empty mind can attain the profound wisdom in living in 2018.

A Better and Happier You in 2018

A Better and Happier You in 2018

There is an old Latin axiom: “nemo dat quod non habet” — meaning, one cannot give what one does not have.

If you don’t have the wisdom to know your real self, you won’t have the wisdom to understand others, especially who they are and what they need. In order to understand others to have better human relationships, you must first and foremost have the wisdom attained through asking self-intuitive questions throughout your life.

Then, with mindfulness, you observe with a nonjudgmental mind what is happening to you, as well as around you. Gradually, you will be able to see things as what they really are, and not as what they may seem to you: anything and everything in life follows its own natural cycle, just as the day becomes night, and the night transformed into dawn. With that wisdom, you may become enlightened, which means you begin to know your true self—what you have and what you don’t have, and you were created to be who you are, and not what you wish you were or want to become. Knowing what you have, you can then give it to others. It is the giving, rather than the receiving, that will make you become a better and happier you in 2018.

FREE Book for Weight Loss!

Weight loss is more than just your mind power. Download this book ABSOLUTELY FREE to lose a few extra pounds without any diet or medication!

All-Round Weight Loss
by Stephen Lau

Everybody wants to lose some weight; some even want to lose a lot more. But almost everybody gains back all the pounds that have been lost, and then some.

Why is that? Because weight loss is not just about eating less—after all, everybody wants to eat more, not less. Weight loss is about everything, just as Oprah Winfrey once said: “My greatest failure was in believing that the weight issue was just about weight.” Oprah was right. Weight loss is all-round; that is, it involves the body, the mind, and the spirit. To illustrate, weight loss is also about the thinking mind; it is the thoughts that make you fat, more than anything else. According to Esther and Jerry Hicks' bestseller "Money and the Law of Attraction," people not only want the food but also believe that the food will make them fat, and thus have created that which they do not want; unfortunately, their thoughts attract what they do not want, so their bodies respond to the thinking mind, and gain instead of losing weight.

Therefore, going on a fad diet, abstaining from certain types of food, reducing calorie consumption-all these only contribute to the weight-loss hype that sustains the billion-dollar weight-loss industry. The consumers forever lose in the battle of the bulge.

ALL-ROUND WEIGHT LOSS is holistic weight management in that it covers every aspect of weight loss, beginning with the mind, the body, and then the spirit, to make weight loss natural and permanent. Only holistic weight management guarantees lasting weight loss. Do not waste money on diets, and weight-loss products and programs that do not work. Follow the author's simple but comprehensive holistic approach to wellness and weight management. Remember, if you are healthy in body, mind, and soul, you will not have any weight problem.
